April is a month full of enthusiasm. In order to strengthen team cohesion, enhance centripetal force and enrich the cultural life of employees, our company has organized a barbecue activity.The league building activity was busy for fun and work in cooperation with a due division of labour. Girls were responsible for stringing meat and preparing food materials, and boys were making a fire and roasting meat. Everyone talked about work, family and joked during the barbecue. The relaxed atmosphere makes everyone forget the troubles and pressure of work.

The similarity between work, life and league construction is that we can sum up experience and  grow. League building not only brings familiarity in life, but also tacit understanding of work, mutual familiarity of work ideas, and even a leap in achievements of 1 + 1 > 2. This league building activity of our company has narrowed the distance between colleagues, combined individuals into a closer team, and made Pantheon a better team.
